canker sore vitamins
What is the cause of all my canker sores?

Recently, I’ve been getting many canker sores, I’m not so sure why, but can it be oral cancer? It’s quite scary because this is an irregular thing for my age at 19. I have braces too, I’m not sure if that plays a role in it or not. I got a canker sore around the 18th, and it has progressively gotten to it’s hurting phase, and should pass in about 3-4 days, however; before this one, i had 4 or 5 in my mouth in the month of December. It was EVERYWHERE. After a while, I was canker-less for like 2 1/2 weeks, then got another one, actually it might be two, but it’s both in the same area. When should I get be worried of anything other then lack of vitamins or whatever, and can be a more fetal cause of canker sores?

oh, and I’ve had been getting canker sores since I can remember, I do not know why, but it’s just the way my mouth function I guess. Thanks!

I get canker sores from time to time as well. I read somewhere online that the exact cause of them is still undetermined by medical professionals, but that the most likely cause is stress. This seems to be true in my case, for only when I have been experiencing something stressful (ie: studying for a big test, deadline at work, etc.) do I end up with the sores. Hope I helped.
