it had filled a deep normal filling and a little padding on one side of my mouth, on Friday, I was in so much pain for that, was really full of cold also thought that my threshold pain is just below. I was told years ago by a dentist as the pain of a tooth takes more 15 seconds is enough for the dentist. As others have said it could have an infection and need treatment channel.
