HELP ME! Any quick fix for a cold?
I will die with congestion "(spelling?) AND sore throat and headache and all these other cold symptoms! HELP PLEASE!
Try Mucinex. It loosens phlegm. Gargle with warm salt water very 3-4X/day. Gargle hydrogen peroxide (it feels weird because it bubbles up). Take Advil or Aleve every 4 hours. Sucking on zinc lozenges. Sucking on cough sweets with eucalyptus. Taking Lives. C 2000 mg every 2 hours, Vit E 499IUs 2x / day, 50 mg of zinc. Drink plenty of fluids, drink tea with honey and lemon. Use saline nasal sprays. Then moisturize nostrils. Feel better.
